Privacy Notice – Noesis Consulting

01 Scope
This notice applies to visitors of www.noesisconsulting.com and anyone who submits data through our contact form or books via Calendly. Noesis Consulting is the Data Fiduciary under DPDPA 2023, based in New Delhi, India.
02 What We Collect
Via our contact form: name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and your message. Via Calendly: name, email, and preferred time slot. We also collect anonymised analytics data through cookies. We do not collect sensitive personal data.
03 Why We Collect It
To respond to enquiries, schedule consultations, and communicate service-related updates. Your phone number is never used for unsolicited marketing. Legal basis: Consent - provided when you submit our form or initiate a booking.
04 Consent & Withdrawal
Consent is captured via an explicit checkbox on our contact form. To withdraw, email solutions@noesisconsulting.com with subject "Withdraw Consent". We will cease processing within 72 hours and confirm deletion within 30 days.
05 Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for site functionality and optional analytics cookies (with your consent). Calendly may set its own cookies via the booking widget. You can manage cookies at any time through your browser settings.
06 Data Sharing
We share data only with Calendly for appointment scheduling. Calendly is US-based; booking may involve transfer of your name and email under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell or rent your data. Disclosure to authorities occurs only where required by law.
07 Data Retention
Contact form data is retained for 12 months from your last interaction. Analytics data for 13 months on a rolling basis. Upon a valid deletion request, data is removed within 30 days and thereafter securely deleted or anonymised.
08 Your Rights
Under DPDPA 2023, you may access, correct, erase, or port your data; withdraw consent; nominate another person to act on your behalf; and escalate unresolved complaints to the Data Privacy Board of India. Write to solutions@noesisconsulting.com - we respond within 30 days.
09 Children's Data
Our services are for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18. If you suspect this has occurred, contact grievance@noesisconsulting.com for prompt deletion.
10 Security & Breach
We use TLS encryption, access controls, and data minimisation to protect your data. In the event of a breach likely to cause harm, we will notify the Data Privacy Board of India and inform affected individuals promptly.
11 Updates
We may update this notice periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised notice.
